Returns & Refunds
We will gladly refund your purchase provided you have your original receipt dated within the last 30 days. Your item must be UNUSED and include ALL original packaging, manuals, and accessories that came with the product. You may receive a refund by shipping the merchandise back to Travelers World or by returning the merchandise in person to our store location. Original Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
Eligible refunds of cash or check purchases will be in the form of a company check promptly mailed from our office. Eligible refunds of credit card purchases will be promptly refunded to the same brand of credit card used to make the purchase.
A Store Credit(for in store returns) or an On-Line Gift Certificate will be issued if your receipt is dated OVER 30 DAYS, if your return is accompanied by a GIFT RECEIPT, or if your return is accompanied by no receipt at all. If you have no receipt, it is at our discretion to accept the merchandise at all.
Any product that is returned without a Gift With Purchase included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. Clearance items, items which have been monogrammed, and any electrical adaptor plugs or converters, unless otherwise stated, ARE FINAL SALE.
How To Make A Return By Mail:
To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment:
1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
2. The original payment receipt or gift receipt.
3. The merchandise in original condition.
